Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all credit card options for payment, cash, check or money order. We do not accept Care Credit. To avoid a billing convenience fee, we require payment in the field of cash or check. Should you wish to be billed and use a credit card, fill out an authorization form, once approved we will set up your billing account and we will save your card on file.
